Construction Update

Work has begun on all the internal roadways and parking areas as curbing throughout the project is now complete. These curbs and roads provide the framework for the internal roadways that will ultimately connect to Route 518 and SR 206 with their associated traffic pattern improvements.

Last month, work also began on the first retail buildings in the project as foundations for the Whole Foods building were dug and concrete was poured. Foundation work is now shifting to the next retail building which is also located along SR-206 which will be the ultimate home of new and exciting restaurant tenants.
