Montgomery Promenade
Construction Update
Construction is nearing completion on both CR-518 and SR-206. Major milestones related to the roadwork have now been completed as nearly all the infrastructure associated with the widening of the roadways and new turn lanes to accommodate better traffic flow have been completed. Additionally, much of the traffic signal modifications at multiple intersections to handle both the existing and new traffic patterns is completed. We will begin paving the internal roadways of the project later this summer to be able to fully activate the new signals and improve the traffic flow in the area. When complete, these new traffic improvements will allow for additional capacity at these already busy intersections as additional lanes will have been added to make travel through the intersection of CR-518 and SR-206 much more efficient.
Five of the buildings are now in the phase of vertical construction, including the largest building in the project, which will be the future home of Whole Foods. Work will continue on these buildings as we finish out the walls, install roofs and complete the exterior finishes to deliver the spaces to tenants in the fall, with anticipated spring of 2026 openings. Several other buildings are currently in the final permitting review phase, with work scheduled to begin on the remaining buildings in the coming weeks.
