Construction Update

Exciting progress continues at Montgomery Promenade as the development welcomes new businesses and reaches several important milestones. Whole Foods Market and Ulta Beauty celebrated their grand openings on August 21, bringing even more shopping options to the community. Panera Bread, Deluxe Dentistry, and Wonder are also moving closer to completion, with each currently targeting openings in the next 30 days.

Access throughout the development has continued to improve, with Nevius Boulevard and Bolmer Corner now open to the public. Meanwhile, construction remains underway on Phase 2, which will introduce additional businesses and amenities beginning in early 2027. We are thrilled to see Montgomery Promenade taking shape and appreciate the community’s continued patience, enthusiasm, and support as work progresses.
